Location: Clark, SD or Wallace, SD
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience) plus benefits
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Overtime may be required)

Agwrx Cooperative Elevator is a forward-thinking agricultural cooperative committed to providing quality service in the grain and agronomy industries. We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as an Operations Specialist. This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations across our grain and agronomy facilities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently load and unload semi-trucks with grain and agronomy products (fertilizer, chemicals, etc.).

Grade grain samples and handle grain processing, including drying, segregating, filling/reclaiming ground piles, transferring, and blending.

Conduct routine maintenance and ensure the functionality of all equipment

Collaborate with the agronomy team to handle the loading and unloading of fertilizer

Maintain strict adherence to company safety policies, industry guidelines, and governmental regulations.

Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, particularly during the harvest season.

Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, promoting a positive team environment.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.

Capable of climbing ladders and working in various outdoor conditions.

Comfortable working in dusty environments and handling grain manually.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED), or one year of related experience and/or training.

Valid driver's license (required).

Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
